Daily Don'ts helps you take the habits you'd rather not do one day at a time. There are no points to chase and nothing designed to keep you hooked — just a quiet record of how your days go.
Open a habit and mark the day: Did it today if you stayed on track, or Not today if you didn't. You can also tap any past day in the calendar to fill it in. Two taps and you're done.
The number next to each habit is your current run — green while recent days are going well, red when they're not. It's there if you want it, not something to protect at all costs.
The small dot shows whether you've logged today yet: a hollow ring means you haven't, a filled dot means you have. A quick way to see what's left for today.
Life happens. You get one cheat day a month per habit — mark it and your green run keeps going. Use the button for today, or tap a past day in the calendar until it turns amber. It's permission to be human, not a failure.
Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere and there's no account. Use Back up now and then to save a copy you can restore later or move to a new phone.
Turn Daily Don'ts into a real app — the little apple becomes your icon, and it opens full-screen with no browser bars.
